Job description

Hematology/Oncology Physician Needed in KY:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 12 months with option for extension
Schedule: 8AM-5PM, 3 days per week minimum
Work details:
• Support staff: APP support and 3 doctors
• Patients per day: ~15/day, low volume, solo provider
• Department description: 60/40 Hem/Onc
• EMR: Meditech
• Clinic/Private Practice: outpatient

KY License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
