Locums – Physician – Hematology/Oncology, Eastern Kentucky Region

Job description

Specialty: Hematology & Oncology
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 12 months preferred
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only (No Call)

Schedule:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Minimum 3 days/week preferred

Work Details:

Support Staff: APP support + 3 physicians at the affiliated site

Amount of Coverage Needed: 3 days/week

Patient Volume: ~15 patients/day (low volume), solo provider role

Department Description: 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology

EMR: Meditech

Practice Setting: Outpatient private practice/clinic

Requirements:

Board Certification: Required

State License: Active Kentucky license preferred

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days
