Locums – Physician – Hematology/Oncology, Kentucky

Specialty: Hematology/Oncology
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 12 months preferred
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only (No Call)

Shift Details:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

No call

Schedule:

Minimum 3 days/week preferred

Work Details:

Support Staff: APP support + 3 physicians at the Hazard location

Amount of Coverage Needed: 3 days/week

Patient Volume: ~15 patients/day (low volume), solo provider

Department Description: 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology

EMR: Meditech

Practice Setting:

Outpatient clinic / private practice

Requirements:

Board Certification: Required

State License: Kentucky license preferred

Credentialing Timeframe: ~60 days
