Hematology/Oncology Opportunity – KY
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months preferred
Schedule: Flexible 3–5 days per week
Hours: 8:00a–5:00p
Call: No call

Work Details:
• Outpatient clinic / private practice setting
• Approx. 15 patients per day (low volume)
• Solo provider model with strong support
• Case mix: 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology
• APP support plus 3 additional physicians on site
• EMR: Meditech

Requirements:
• Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Recent patient-facing experience required

Credentialing:
• Approximately 60 days
