Hematology & Oncology Opportunity – KY
Start: ASAP
Contract Length: 12 months preferred
Schedule: 3–5 days per week (client is flexible)
Hours: 8:00a–5:00p | No call

Work Details:
• Practice setting: Outpatient clinic/private practice
• Patient volume: ~15 patients per day (low volume)
• Coverage needed: ~3 days per week
• Department mix: 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology
• Provider model: Solo provider with APP support and 3 physicians on-site at Hazard
• EMR: Meditech

Requirements:
• Board-Certified Hematology & Oncology
• Recent patient-facing experience required

Credentialing:
• Approximately 60 days
