Licensing - Hem/Onc Physician Needed In Kentucky

Job description

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 12 months preferred
Schedule: 3–5 days per week (flexible), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call Required: No

Clinical Details

Setting: Outpatient Clinic / Private Practice

Patient Population: Adult

Patient Volume: ~15 patients per day (low volume)

Practice Scope: 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology

Support Staff: APP support and 3 physicians onsite (Hazard location)

Provider Model: Solo provider coverage

EMR: Meditech

Additional Responsibilities: Participation in tumor board
