Hematology/Oncology Physician opportunity available in KY
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 12 months with possible extension
Schedule: 3 days per week, 8am-5pm, no call
Additional Details:
• Liceninsing opportunity!
• Patients per day: ~15/day, low volume, solo provider
• Department description: 60/40 Hem/Onc

Licensure: Active KY license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60 days
