This healthcare facility is part of a comprehensive medical system providing specialized oncology and hematology services to the region. The facility features a modern medical oncology and hematology department with EPIC EMR system, serving both outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital settings with strong organizational support.

Opportunity:
Physician - Hematology Oncology

Job Details:
• Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with potential for 3-6 night call shifts per month (5:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• 100% adult patient population with 95% clinic and 5% hospital-based care
• Practice split: 70% oncology and 30% hematology cases
• Average daily patient census of 22 patients with 2-3 new consultations
• Must be Board Certified in Hematology or Medical Oncology
• Hematology/Oncology Fellowship required
• Kentucky State License highly preferred
• COVID vaccination required
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Experience with both outpatient and inpatient hematology/oncology required
• Intrathecal chemotherapy experience required
• Intracavitary chemotherapy experience highly preferred
• EPIC EMR system utilized
• Self-Query NPDB report required within 30 days of presentation
• Credentialing timeline: 90-120 days after application submission
• October start date with ongoing coverage needs

Compensation:
