Hematology/Oncology Physician Needed in Kentucky with Aya Locums!

•Start Date: ASAP
•Contract Length: 12 months preferred
•Schedule: 8:00a–5:00p, no call. Coverage needed 3 days per week
• Outpatient clinic/private practice setting
• Recent patient-facing experience required
• Board Certified in Hematology or Medical Oncology required
• Approximately 15 patients per day
• Solo provider with APP support
• Practice mix: 60% Hematology/40% Oncology
• Approximately 20% new patients/80% follow-up visits
• Standard medical oncology infusion supervision
• High-acuity cases are referred to tertiary centers
• One APP on-site daily assisting with follow-ups, supportive care, documentation, and orders
• Dedicated oncology-trained RNs support infusion services
• Participation in tumor board required
• EMR: Meditech
• Kentucky License Required (We can help license you)
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days
• Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
