New Locums Opportunity in Kentucky - Hem/Onc - Willing to License!

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced Hem/Onc Physician in Kentucky.

Assignment Details
-Start Date: ASAP
-Contract Length: 12 months preferred
-Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
-Reason for Coverage: Staff retirement in November

Schedule
-8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-No call
-3 days per week preferred

Practice Setting
-Outpatient clinic
-Approximately 15 patients per day
-Low-volume practice with a solo provider
-EMR: Meditech

Practice Details
-60% Hematology / 40% Medical Oncology
-Approximately 20% new patients and 80% follow-up visits
-Locum provider will participate in tumor board
-High-acuity cases (such as acute leukemias) are referred to tertiary centers
-Standard medical oncology infusion supervision

Requirements
-Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
-Must have recent patient-facing clinical experience
-Willing to license
