Job Description:
We’re seeking a board-certified Hematologist-Oncologist for a flexible locum assignment in New Orleans. Join an outpatient cancer center staffed with a robust support team including inpatient APPs and full-time nursing. Primary site need is at Tuoro Hospital, with a secondary location 15 minutes away (optional).

You’ll see a balanced case mix (60% oncology / 40% hematology) with no inpatient rounding required. Temp privileges are available for faster onboarding.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8a–5p

Light call: 1 in 6 weeks

Flexible duration: 2 weeks/month or full-time

Long-term coverage until permanent hire is placed

Requirements:
Board Certified in Hematology, Oncology, or both

Active LA license or IMLC eligibility

BLS and DEA required

Minimum 1 year of post-fellowship experience

EPIC experience required

Travel & Accommodations:
