Job description

Schedule: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM)
Start Date: January 1, 2026- Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled clinic hours with optional call

Details:
• Outpatient practice setting
• 15–18 patients per shift
• Trauma Level: 1A
• EMR: ONCO EMR (clinic) / Cerner (hospital)
• Schedule TBD based on provider availability
