Specialty: Internal Med MD – Hemo/Onc
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months + option to extend
Shift Details: Scheduled + Call
Schedule: Mon - Fri + Rotating call
Call requirements: 2nd call/backup, TBD on schedule

Work Details:
• Support staff: 6 RNs, 3 MAs, 1 PA/NP, 5 Office Staff
• Patients per day: 15
• Department description: Will have to supervise APPs
• EMR: Cerner
• Department bed size: 158
• Special procedures: TBD
• Skills required: TBD

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• License required: Yes, MI license only
• DEA: TBD
• Certifications required: BLS
• Will have to supervise APPs

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days

• Fulltime coverage
• Rotating call coverage
