About the clinician's workday

The hematologist/oncologist will provide inpatient and clinic hematology and oncology coverage Monday through Friday, with outpatient clinic visits from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and inpatient rounds typically conducted from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM before clinic. This is a full-time assignment (40 hours per week, 4 weeks per month) requiring on-site presence. Call responsibilities include weeknight phone-only coverage from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM for established patients and weekend 24-hour phone-only call on a rotating 1:3 schedule. No surgeries or procedures are required for this assignment.
