Job description

IP Hematologist (malignant heme is a must)
Looking for someone that can do inpatient and take call as needed.
They need to be board certified, and we have a need starting ASAP
Specialty: Hematology/Oncology
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: End Date: 3-6 months - possible extensions
Shift Details: Scheduled and on call
Schedule: Monday – Friday (days) and on call

Work Details:
· Support staff:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time coverage needed
· Patients per day: 30 - 40
· EMR: Epic
· Hospital bed size: 590
· Special procedures: Malignant hematology required
· Skills required: Medical Oncology and Infusion Coverage required

Practice Setting:
• Hospital
• Infusion Center
• Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License required: MN license, IMLC accepted
· DEA: Required
· Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days with license. Emergency privs with license and clean background. 120 days if license is needed

• 26 weeks with option to extend
• On call required
