Start Date: 4/13/2026
Schedule: 5 Days, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
M-F 8am-4:30pm + call (PM and weekends)
FTE preferred - 2 week per month minimum
Cases: Malignant hematology required, Medical Oncology/solids and Infusion Coverage required
Will license with IMLC
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days with license. Emergency privs with license and clean background.
