Medical Oncologist Needed in Columbia, MO | Solid Tumor | Outpatient Only, No Call | 3 Days/Week

Job description

This is a solid tumor medical oncology locum opportunity at an academic hospital in Columbia, Missouri, covering three days per week every week (Wednesday-Friday). The schedule is 8-hour days, outpatient only, with no call and no weekends. The target start is September 2026, credentialing runs approximately 60-120 days, and full travel is covered.

The role is 100% outpatient, with a focus on solid tumor oncology - including lung, GI/GU, and head and neck - seeing about 15 patients per day. Documentation is in Cerner/PowerChart.

Candidates should be Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology, with a DEA, a Missouri CSR, and at least two years of experience. The client will consider licensing.
