Hematologist/Oncologist Needed for Locum Coverage in NY

This cancer center is connected to a hospital and provides specialized hematology and oncology services in a clinic setting. The facility maintains a multidisciplinary support team that includes hematology/oncology physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and registered nurses. Clinical operations are structured to support coordinated hematologic care delivery for an adult patient population.

About the clinician's workday

The hematologist/oncologist will provide clinic coverage Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, on-site, managing up to 16 patients per day. The clinical focus is benign hematology, serving an adult patient population. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Board certification in Medical Oncology, an active NY license, and prescriptive authority are required.
