🩸 Ambulatory Hematology/Oncology Opportunity – North Carolina 🌳
🏥 Facility Type: Inpatient & Ambulatory Hem/Onc Clinic
📍 Location: North Carolina
🧬 Specialty Focus: Benign Hematology (with Bread & Butter Hem/Onc)
📆 Contract Length: Ongoing (60–90 Day Credentialing)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday (Day Shifts)

💼 Work Details
👩‍⚕️ Patient Volume: Minimum 15 Hematology patients per day (no oncology census)

👥 Support Staff:

Nurses, Navigator, Admin Support, Pharmacy

1–2 Physicians

APPs

Infusion Specialist

💻 EMR: Epic (assessment required prior to start)

🧠 Job Responsibilities
Conduct new patient consults & follow-up visits

Manage orders & prescriptions

Collaborate with pharmacy and interdisciplinary team

Focus on Benign Hematology and Bread & Butter Hem/Onc cases

✅ Requirements
🎓 Board Certification: Hematology or Oncology (Double Boarded Preferred)

If seeing Oncology patients → must be BC’d in Oncology

🪪 Active North Carolina Medical License (Required)

💊 DEA: Required

🕓 Credentialing Timeframe
60–90 Days (depending on completeness of file)
