Dates: September 19 (4:00 PM) – September 22 (8:00 AM)

Must visit hospital once daily while on call

Adults (18 years and older)

Outpatient Clinic & Hospital (no inpatient admissions required)

Hospital Bed Size: Not applicable (no hospital responsibility)

EMR System: EPIC

Procedures Required: None

Skills Required: General Hematology/Oncology (no specific procedures)

Practice Setting: Hospital

✅ Outpatient/Call Responsibilities

Place own orders (nursing support available if needed)

Sign outpatient notes by end of day or next day

Report off to next on-call provider

Take after-call coverage as scheduled

Round on assigned inpatients in the morning (repeat as needed)

Complete consult notes by end of day
