Clinic: Monday, Tuesday, Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Weeknight Call: 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Weekend Call: 1 weekend per month (Friday 4:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM)
EMR: Epic

Clinical Details

Setting: Hospital-Based Hematology/Oncology Clinic
Patient Population: Adults (18+)
Support Model: 1 APP, 1 RN, 1 MA
Patient Volume: 18–20 patients per day

Procedures & Responsibilities

Outpatient hematology/oncology clinic coverage

Daily management of Epic In Basket

Entering and managing patient orders (do not override ABN warnings)

Timely completion of outpatient documentation and handoff to on-call providers

After-hours call coverage as scheduled

Inpatient rounding and consult documentation as assigned
