𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; 24-hour call coverage; weekend call required
𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞: March 1, 2026

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Adult Oncology patients
𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Outpatient Cancer Center / Hospital-based clinic
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and medical oncology care; new consultations and follow-up visits; collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology teams; participate in care planning; respond to urgent after-hours calls
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬: No required procedures
- EMR System: Not specified
- Support Staff: Advanced Practice Providers, RN Navigators, Social Workers, Dieticians, Oncology Pharmacist, Research and Genetics services
- Days Per Month: Full-time preferred (minimum availability may be considered with call coverage)
- On-Call/Weekends: Yes — weekend call and after-hours urgent call coverage

• Fully outpatient hematology oncology practice (no required procedures)
• Multidisciplinary cancer center with strong support team + infusion center
• Light call structure with additional compensation
