Job description

Practice Details:
• 15 patients per day
• 50/50 Hematology & Oncology mix
• EPIC EMR

Schedule:
• Thursday & Friday required
• Optional 3rd flexible weekday
• Coverage beginning July 2026 through end of year

Requirements:
• Board Certified in Medical Oncology
• Ohio license preferred
• IMLC accepted
