Job description

Contract: 1 year with potential to extend

Schedule
4 days per week
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Potential to begin at 2 days/week in September/October and ramp up to 4 days/week by the beginning of the year
No weekday call
No weekend call
Practice Details
Outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic
Approximately 15 patients per day
Preference for providers comfortable treating both Hematology and Medical Oncology
EMR: Epic

Follow-up visits
Outpatient Hematology and Oncology management
Collaborative multidisciplinary care

Advanced Practice Providers
RN Coordinators
Registered Nurses
Medical Assistants
Oncology Pharmacist
Dietitian
Social Worker
Requirements
Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
IMLC accepted
Ohio license preferred (licensing candidates considered)
Credentialing
Approximately 2–3 months
