Job description

- Practice Setting: outpatient
• Hem Vs Onc: both preferred
• Volume (patients per day): ~15
- Sept/Oct start
• 2- 4 days per week
- Ongoing
- No call
• Hours/Schedule: 8-5
• Staff: 1.06 Medonc and 1.5 NPs. 2 RN Coordinators, dietician, social work, RNs, MAs and pharmacist.
• Reason for need: Vacancy due to retirement.
• EMR: Epic
• Board Certification requirement: Hematology, Medical Oncology

• September/October start
• 2-4 days per week
• NO call
