Aya Locums is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician in Northeast Ohio.

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract Length: 26 weeks
• Schedule: 5x8 hour shifts
• Call Requirements: None
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Patient Volume: 14-18
• EMR: EPIC
• Job Details: Exams, treatment plans, chemo prescribing, etc

Requirements:
• State License: Active OH license required
• Certifications: BLS, DEA
• Credentialing: 35-45 days
