Job description

• Practice Setting (outpatient/inpatient): outpatient
• Hem Vs Onc: both preferred
• Volume (patients per day): ~15
• Start Date/how long is the need for: 4 days per week, 1 year, possibly more. Potentially start with 2 days a week with a ramp up to 4 by first of the year.
• Weekday Call: no
• Weekend onsite or Call ratio: none
• Hours/Schedule: 8-5 Solo position? If not, what other support staff: Other medical oncologist, care coordinators, RNs, MAs/LPNs, APPs, dietician, social work
• Reason for need: Patient Care
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing time: 2-3 months
• Board Certification requirement: Hematology, Medical Oncology
• Full time or part time: FT
