Job description

Hematology/Oncology Physician Needed in OK:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 12 months with option for extension
Schedule: Thursday 8am-4:30pm. Minimum 4 days per week on site, and telehealth on "off weeks"
Work details:
Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient
Work Locations: outpatient clinics, hospital for consults, minimal rounding
Patient Volume: 12-15 patients per day
Patient Ages: 18 years and up
Treatments/procedures: chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone therapy, no BMT, and infusions, no acute leukemias
EMR: Mosaiq

OK License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
