Hematology/Oncology Opportunity – OR
Start Date: May 26, 2026
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Providers Needed: 1

Schedule:
· Full-time coverage, 4 days per week
· Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
· Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (lunch 12:00–1:00 PM)
· Time includes pre-charting, clinic, and post-visit charting
· Provider will field patient calls during clinic hours (included in regular hourly responsibilities)

Practice Details:
· Practice setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
· Average patient volume: ~15 patients per day
· Support staff available
· EMR: Epic

Clinical Responsibilities:
· Manage a panel of established patients and accept new patients
· Infusion suite located within the same clinic
· Physician signs chemotherapy orders; nursing staff administers treatment
· Provide guidance to APPs and nursing staff regarding treatment parameters
· Respond to infusion reactions and urgent issues until rapid response team arrives
· Bone marrow biopsies are unlikely to be required

Requirements:
· Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
· Active Oregon medical license required
· DEA required
· BLS required

Credentialing:
· Estimated timeframe: ~90 days
