Schedule
4 days/week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
8:00am–6:00pm (includes lunch, pre-charting, and charting time)
No call
Start: Late May 2026
Ongoing coverage

Practice Details
Inpatient/Outpatient setting
~15 patients per shift
Epic EMR
Established patient panel with some new patients

Requirements
Board Certified Hematology/Oncology
Active OR state license required
DEA & BLS required
Credentialing: ~90 days
