𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭: Days (4 or 5 days per week, 8:30a – 4:30p)

𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞: Ongoing

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
- Patient Population: Adult oncology and hematology patients (approx. 80% oncology / 20% hematology)
- Setting: Outpatient – Free standing cancer center
- Responsibilities: Provide clinical patient care consistent with training and licensure as a medical oncologist/hematologist, outpatient clinic coverage, inpatient consults when needed, call coverage
- Required Procedures: Standard medical oncology and hematology procedures consistent with specialty training
- EMR System: EPIC
- Support Staff: 3 Physicians currently, 2 APPs, Radiation Oncologists available
- Days Per Month: Minimum 2 weeks per month required
- On-Call/Weekends: Yes – 1 weekend per month, 1:4 call rotation

• Outpatient-focused role in free-standing cancer center (10–15 patients/day)
• Flexible schedule — 4–5 days/week with admin time option
• Balanced call rotation (1:4) with ongoing long-term need
