Facility:
This oncology facility is a newly remodeled clinic integrated with an infusion center, featuring 9 infusion chairs and 4 exam rooms. The facility boasts a strong, experienced team with consistently high staff satisfaction scores, very low turnover, and a full complement of supportive services including dieticians, palliative care, oncology nurse navigators, and onsite social work.

Opportunity:
Physician - Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology

Job Details:

• Outpatient clinic setting providing Hematology and Oncology services
• Clinic schedule Tuesday through Friday, with flexibility on days worked
• 3-4 shifts per week, 4 weeks per month
• Shift times 8:00AM-5:00PM or 7:30AM-5:30PM with a 1-hour lunch break
• Guaranteed 9 hours per day with overtime applicable after 10 hours per day
• Approximately 10 patient encounters per shift
• Active Oregon medical license required or in the process of obtaining
• Board certification required
• Active DEA required
• BLS certification required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
• Long-term lodging available up to $2,500 per month
