Outpatient Oncologist needed in PA – No Call, No Weekends, Great Work-Life Balance

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Practice Setting: Outpatient Oncology Clinic & Hospital

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Oncologist to join our established outpatient oncology and infusion program. This is a full-time, weekday position with no weekend or on-call responsibilities. You will provide care to adult oncology patients in a well-supported, team-oriented environment that values collaboration and quality care.

Team Structure & Support:

You will be joining a comprehensive care team that includes:

Director of Oncology and Infusion Services

Clinical RN Supervisor & Support Staff Supervisor

9 Oncology RNs & 2 Nurse Navigators

4 Medical Assistants

Clerical Staff for Check-in and Check-out

Onsite Pharmacist & Pharmacy Technician

Practice & Facility Details:

Facility Type: Outpatient clinic with affiliated hospital

Hospital Beds: 219

Average Daily Census: 12–15 patients per day

Patient Population: Adults (18+)

EMR Systems: ONCO EMR (Clinic) and Cerner (Hospital)

Vaccination Policy: Not applicable

Position Highlights:

Qualifications:

MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Oncology (Medical Oncology and/or Hematology)

Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in [Insert State]

Prior experience with ONCO EMR and Cerner preferred, but not required
