Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
no weekends

Practice Details:
Setting: Outpatient clinic with hospital affiliation
Beds: 219
Avg. Daily Census: 12–15 patients
Patient Age Group: Adults (18+)
EMR: ONCO EMR (clinic) and Cerner (hospital)

Support Staff Includes:
Director of Oncology and Infusion Services
Clinical RN Supervisor & Support Staff Supervisor
9 Oncology RNs
2 Nurse Navigators
4 Medical Assistants
Clerical support (check-in/check-out)
Onsite Pharmacist & Pharmacy Tech

Requirements:
Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology (Required)
PA medical license preferred; IMLC accepted
BLS and ACLS (Required)
DEA license (Required)
CSR not required
1–2 years of experience preferred

Credentialing:
Full privileges: 60–90 days
Temporary privileges available
Willing to license: IMLC only
