Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Full-time, 5 clinic days per week, 8-hour day shifts
Practice Setting: Clinic and hospital with an established patient panel
Assignment Details: Approximately 15 adult Hematology/Oncology patients per day (60% Hematology, 40% Oncology)
License: Active PA License Required *Willing to License*
Requirements: Must be Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology, DEA Required, Minimum 1+ Year of Experience
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days; temporary privileges available for clean files.
Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered
