Aya Locums is seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology Physician in PA
Start Date: November 2026
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 5x8/hour clinic days per week + rotating call coverage
EMR: EPIC
Special procedures: Adults, 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology

Requirements:
AZ License Required (open to licensing)
Board Certification Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
