Job description

Specialty: Hematology/Oncology
Location: Lewisburg, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-4:30; weeknight and weekend call 1:2

Work Details:
· Support Staff: New practice opening. Will include 2 front office, 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 Navigator and other support personnel.
· Patient Population/Age: Adult only (18+)
10 patients per day, expected to grow
· Department Description: New Medical Oncology and Hematology Practice
· Types of cases treating: Community based practice (general oncology and hematology)
· EMR: EPIC
· Hospital Bed size: 131 beds
· Cases: Hematology and Oncology 40/60

Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC or BE in Oncology required
· License Required: PA license or IMLC LOQ required to present
· DEA: required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
