Contract Details
• Location: Rhode Island
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 16:00
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• General Requirements:
○ Board Certification: BC
○ License Required: RI
○ CSR/DEA: Required
• Treatment/procedures: Biopsies as needed
• Hours of inpatient care? Rounding daily 1 -2 hours based on consult volume
• Patient Volume: 18-22/day
