Hematology/Oncology Physician – Full-Time Locum Opportunity

Job description

A Tennessee facility is seeking a Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology physician for full-time coverage focused on malignant hematology and bone marrow transplant patients.

Coverage Details
Full-time coverage preferred
Monday – Friday schedule
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No call required
Nights covered
Weekends covered

Facility can accommodate:
1 provider with full-time availability

Clinical Responsibilities
Inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic coverage
Adult patient population only
Focus on:
Malignant hematology
Bone marrow transplant / TCT patients
No solid tumor coverage required
Providers comfortable with transplant patients strongly preferred

Patient Volume
Clinic: approximately 10–12 patients per day
Inpatient rounding: approximately 8–10 patients per day

Requirements
Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology required
Active Tennessee license required
IMLC accepted
BLS certification required
OR 2 providers splitting coverage in 2-week blocks
