Hematology/Oncology Locums Opportunity – Knoxville, TN

Highlights:
• Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call
• Blend of inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic responsibilities
• Knoxville location with expedited credentialing and licensing assistance available

Opportunity Details

Location: Knoxville, TN

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 5 x 8-hour shifts per week
• Full-time coverage preferred, though two providers covering two weeks each may be considered
• No call responsibilities
• Nights and weekends covered by existing staff

Practice Details:
• Inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic
• Clinic volume: 10–12 patients per day
• Inpatient rounding: 8–10 patients per day
• Adult patient population
• EMR: Oracle/Cerner
• Support staff includes APPs, RNs, and Medical Assistants

Clinical Focus:
• Malignant Hematology
• Bone Marrow Transplant (TCT)
• Transplant experience preferred
• No solid tumor oncology

Requirements:
• Board Certified Hematology/Oncology
• Active Tennessee License preferred
• IMLC accepted
• BLS Required
• Current Flu Vaccine Required
• Clean background required
• Name clear and NPI required for presentation

Credentialing:
• Approximately 30 days if licensed
• Approximately 60 days if not licensed
• Emergency privileges available when appropriate
