Hematology/Oncology Locums Needed | Full-time & 24hr Call | Competitive Pay

Coverage Details:
• Coverage needed per month: full time, 24hr call shifts (working clinic hours while on call shift, so onsite 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4:30p). 24hr shifts are 8a-8a.
• Frequency of any Call needed: 24hr call, no hourly shifts. Working clinic while on call.
Schedule Details:
• The provider will cover one week of 24-hour call per month for RCH, SCCH, and JMH.
• RCH coverage is tele-consult only and only during the assigned call week.
• This is primarily a float position between JMH and SCCH, with JMH serving as the primary practice site.
• A full-time provider would spend approximately two weeks each month at JMH and the remaining two weeks splitting time between SCCH (two days/week) and JMH (two days/week).
• During the call week, the provider will maintain clinic responsibilities, including Friday clinic coverage at JMH.
• Inpatient consultations at JMH will be provided as needed; tele-consult coverage is acceptable for the other locations unless on-site coverage is required.
Work Details:
• Support staff: dedicated nursing staff
• Department Description: Will be floating between two sister facilities, providers will treat both hematology and oncology patients at both locations. Telehealth consults for an additional facility, RCH, during call shifts at JMH/SCCH. Primary location is JMH. SCCH sees 30% Onc / 70% Hem; JMH sees 50% Onc / 50% Hem.
• Patient Volume: ~15 per day
• Patient Age Group: Adults 18+
• EMR/Documentation System: Epic
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: SCCH has a 6 chair infusion satellite site with clinic; JMH has a 21-chair infusiton center with a provider clinic and on-site radiation oncology.
