Outpatient Hem/Onc Gap Coverage July-September

Expected duration of assignment: We are looking for a “true locum” to start in July and assist through September 29th until our permanent caregiver returns.

Schedule /Shift hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Call requirement: Yes, 1 weekend a month and 1-2 days (24 hours) a week.

Patient demographics: Adult

Average patients per day: 20

Other provider specialties working with you: No, Radiation Oncology, Palliative Care, Medical Oncology, ARNPs.

WA license required due to expedited credentialing.

EMR: EPIC. Proficient User.

Large amount of breast cancer patients on panel.
