Job Description:

Schedule/Availability Requirements:
Start date: As soon as possible.
Shift schedule: Full time, 4 days per week: Off on Tuesday
Night call could be an option, for now the site requested we do not focus on that at this time.
Weekend Call: Rotating Weekend call. Maximum of 1 in 4 weekends, maybe less. Friday PM to Monday AM.
Shift time: 8am-5pm
Duration: 6 months, with an option to extend

Duties: Standard for specialty
FTE: 1.0
Required Procedures: None. Bone marrow aspirations optional.
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: Standard
Reason for Coverage: Bridge to permanent hire

Additional questions answered by the client:
How many patients x day? 16-20
What is allotted time per patient in the outpatient clinic for the following appointments:
• New patient visits? 1 hr
• Oncology follow-ups? 20 minutes
• Hematology follow-ups? 20 minutes
Will they consider are hematology only doc or does the provider need to be hematology and oncology? Hematology & Oncology.
Is BMT/BMB a requirement? No

Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: 60-90 days
Requirements:
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
• Board Certified or BE Required in Hematology/Oncology - REQUIRED
• WA State License - REQUIRED
• Residency/Fellowship - REQUIRED
• BLS - REQUIRED
• Malpractice – Clean Background Preferred

• Full time 4 days a week - floating btwn 2 spots
• Must be Hematology AND Oncololgy
• 16-20 patients a day
