Job Description:
o Number of providers needed: One
o Clinic setting
o Hem/Onc (must have both Hem & Onc). They would consider NP or PA. License is required to bid.
o ASAP - ongoing
o Schedule/hours: .8; Mon-Fri 8a-5p
o Approximately 15 patients seen in clinic a day. Will have a partner MA and RN support. Admin day one day a week for notes but may need to schedule patients on that day depending on need.
o EMR: Epic

 Q: Expected procedures required or needed at this clinic? Is there a procedure list that could be uploaded for required/recommended?
 A: Bone marrow biopsies from time to time but nothing else

 Q: Is there an infusion center? If so how many chairs? And where do patients get sent for bad infusion reactions?
 A: We do have a 16 chair infusion center. Patients with profound reactions go to our hospital that is about 2 miles away

 Q: Bone marrow transplants?
 A: No

 Q: Expected procedures required or needed at this clinic? Is there a procedure list that could be uploaded for required/recommended?
 A: Bone marrow biopsies from time to time but nothing else

o 60-90 days.

o Must have Hem and Onc experience
o Must have WA state license

• Must be both Hem / Onc
• 15 patients a day
• ASAP start and ongoing need
