Assignment Details:

Start Date: November 1, 2025

End Date: June 30, 2026

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8A–5P, full-time

Call: None

Patients per day: 16–20

Support Staff: Yes

Department Beds: 16

Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only – outpatient setting

Requirements:

Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology

Active WA license or IMLC eligible

BLS certification required

Fellowship-trained preferred

Must be available at least three weeks per month

30-day credentialing timeframe
