Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: Full time hours, Working M-F 8-5, with 1 in 6 weekend call coverage (24 hour beeper call). OT will apply after 40 hours per week. Seeking one full time provider to help establish a relatively new clinic in Everett. Provider will primarily be seeing new patients with more follow up visits as contract continues. In order to be the right fit for this assignment, provider must be comfortable working in a new clinic and helping to establish care within this community.

· Board Certification: Yes
