Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Looking for one HemOnc provider for maternity leave coverage. Provider would be handling the current panel of patients with some new patients. Scheduled hours M-TH 8a-5p. We are open to a longer workday if the provider wants to work 40 hours.

· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or IMLC

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• No on call
