Locums - Issaquah

Looking for one full time provider to assist with coverage for this location. We are anticipating a 6 month contract and would like one provider who is able to work the entire need.

We are not interested in doing a patchwork schedule with multiple locum providers due to the need for continuity of care and the long term nature of this assignment. 

Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8-5, Monday is an admin day. 
OT after 40 hours per week.
