Shift & Schedule

Shift Type: Day

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour standard day)

Weekly Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM

Thursday: Administrative Day (8 AM – 5 PM)

Call Requirements:

1–2 days per week

1 weekend per month

Most call is 24-hour “doc of the day” coverage

Exception: Friday call is 8 AM – 6 PM, then weekend call provider takes over

Work Details

Practice Setting: Both Inpatient & Outpatient

Hospital Beds: 240 (no dedicated oncology floor)

Rounding: Occasional

Patient Population: Adults

Average Patient Volume: 15–20 per day

Required Procedures: None

Support Model: Works alongside Medical Oncologists and Radiation Oncologists at the Bellingham location

Solo Coverage: No

EMR: Epic

Requirements

License: Active Washington license required

Board Certification: Required

Required Experience: Clinical activity within the last 24 months (case logs required)

Certifications: BLS (AHA or Red Cross only)
