Hematology & Oncology Opportunity – Everett, WA
Start Date: April 15, 2026
Duration: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call

Schedule:
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8a–5p
• 1:6 weekend hospital call (24-hour call with rounding Saturday & Sunday)
• 1:2 weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend call for established clinic patients only
• Call is phone-only with very low census
⚠️ Ability to take call as outlined is required for consideration

Work Details:
• Outpatient setting
• Support staff provided
• Patient volume: ~10–14 patients per day
• Provider will primarily see new patients initially, with follow-up visits increasing over time
• EMR: Epic
• Trauma Level II
• Department beds: 6
• Providers requested: 1

Requirements:
• Board Certified Hematology & Oncology
• Active WA license or IMLC
• Fellowship preferred

Credentialing Timeframe: ~90 days

This role is ideal for a physician comfortable working in a new clinic environment, building patient relationships, and helping establish long-term oncology care within the community.
